The software isn't scanned because it doesn't present a threat to the PC's functionality. As far as I know, these applications are rarely scanned unless the installation package is actually infected with malware.


You can use the QuickScan function in the application or the custom one to specify the install directory of the password manager.


In some cases, you can put the antivirus in an interactive mode which will ask you to scan everything once a program is installed.

I'm having problems with this antivirus program. It doesn't work for 2-3 months. Can you help?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If not, navigate to the official web page, enter the product keycode in the provided field and and upgrade the software. If you still have issues, try contacting the Technical Support. As an alternative, you can use another security program from Software Informer database.

You can't do that because there is no possibility to alter the backed up file. Try to log out first then perform the backup. This way the backup will be created without your credentials.
